Talented Nigerian Midfielder, Marvin Olawale Akinlabi Park is set for an eventful summer as he gets promoted to Real Madrid first team after helping them win last season’s UEFA Youth League.
He is amongst ten other players classified as U-19 who took the precautionary medical test for Sunday’s training session with the first team.
Marvin is 18-years-old and was born in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
His two surnames Akinlabi and Park is as a result of his parents, as his father is a Nigerian while his mother is from South Korean.
The player has a lot awaiting him as fans expect him to displace the likes of Luka Modric, Casemiro, Lucas Vázquez, Federico Valverde, Isco and Dani Ceballos who are all above him in the pecking order of midfielders for first team play.
He is however, eligible to play for three countries, which are Nigeria through his father, South Korea through his mother and Spain by virtue of birth.
