Undoubtedly, a second surge of Covid–19 is looming as Nigeria joins other nations that has recently recorded new numbers of the virus.
According to the Nigeria Centre For Disease Control (NCDC), 56 new cases have been discovered in the nation.
NCDC made this known on its website on Monday 23rd of November 2020.
It noted that the new cases brought the total number of cases in the country to 66,439. Going further, the new infections were from nine states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Gistongist gathered that of the new cases, Abuja has 17 cases, Kaduna 18 cases, Lagos 6, Plateau 5, Kwara 2, Yobe 1, Ekiti 1, Niger 1, Rivers 1, while one death case is recorded.
