Bayern Leverkusen player, Kai Havertz, is poised on a move to Stamford Bridge, with the blues currently in talks to sign the young Germany.
Chelsea are said to be hoping to complete the deal for around £70m.
Meanwhile, Leverkusen are reported to value the player at £90m, but with two years left on his contract Chelsea are confident of getting their man for a lower price.
Chelsea technical adviser, Petr Cech will fly to Germany following the conclusion of the Premier League season on Sunday to hold face-to-face talks.
Sky sources reports that Havertz, is impressed by the project in Chelsea, as they have already signed, Timo Werner, and Ajax winger Hakim Ziyech.
