Muslims faithful trooped out in their numbers to celebrate the end of the Islamic 30days of Fasting, Ramadan in Ilorin,the kwara state capital.
Muslim brothers and sisters adorned in colourful attires,beautiful jewelries and nice footwear were seen across the city of ilorin at different prayer grounds where every Muslim observe their congregational prayers.
The prayer pattern was not different from what used to be before now, as they were all standing on their mats, chanting, squating and rising up and down.
At the end of the prayer sessions, they all returned home to have a nice time with their family and friends to feast with plenty of food to go round in appreciation of seeing the end of Ramadan.
Speaking to some muslims who came to say their Prayers at the Admiralty Villa Eid praying ground in Ilorin, Kwara State, they said they are thankful to Allah, who have seen them through the year inspite of the pandemic that led to garthering restriction in the previous year.
On their message to fellow muslims, They urged them to continue with the teaching of the Holy month by showing love to one another.
Speaking on the economic situation of Nigeria, they appealed to the federal government to work towards reducing the hardship facing citizens especially in regards to high inflation, high cost of goods and transportation fares.
