The Nigerian Government has extended the second phase of the eased lockdown.
Remember that the country has not fully opened up its activities as some business and aspect of the economy operate partially.
Hence, the Nigerian government has gone on to announce the extension of the second phase of the lockdown by a month.
This information was revealed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation and the Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 during a briefing in Abuja.
The extension is as a result of the effort of government to stop the spread of the corona virus disease in the country hence the second phase of the eased lockdown will last for another four weeks.
This is the third extension for the second phase.
